Please find enclosed my CV in application for the above vacancy, as advertised in the Evening Post on 13th August 2007. I am looking to start my career as an Electrical Engineer, and feel that your organisation would be the ideal place to do so.
You will note from my CV that I have just completed a BTEC National Certificate in Electrical Engineering, obtained from East Kent College. This involved a range of skill-based learning as well as hands on work experience, which I feel would be very suitable for this trainee role. I also consider myself to be a self-starter, highly motivated and a strong team player.
