·Background in Facilities Management of 10 years plus
·Direct service delivery experience of significant contracts£5m pa plus
·Direct experience of commercial role on a number of contracts
·Experience of working with Blue Collar workforce
·Combination of Public Sector and Private Sector customers
·Experience of NEC, JCT and Bespoke FM Contracts
·Experience of building pricing models for bids for Target Cost and Fixed Price contracts
·Track record of introducing innovation
·Mobilisation experience
Skills & Qualifications:

·HNC/HND or Degree
·Professional qualification RICS, CIOB, BIFM
