Based at a large prestigious R&D just out of Cambridge you will be responsible for the supervision of a team of engineer and providing maintenance support to M&E infrastructure. Area's of responsibility will include planning maintenance, ensuring H&S, managing sub contractors, providing technical support and carrying out hands on maintenance.
You will come from an engineering or building services / facilities background. Electrical qualifications are a must.
