Responsible for 15 buildings, 12 in Yorkshire, 4 in Newcastle, with one Supervisor covering each area and a total of 15 engineers
Core contract worth £1.5m, P6 (additional works) worth around £1.5m with extra potential
This role is about client interface, being closer to the client than the operations team. Working with the client at a higher level, managing MI, reporting, client meetings, strategy for the region, analysing data and efficiency of the area and managing P&L
Operational challenges are managing staff, HR issues, being hands on from the point of view of motivating staff and maintaining efficiency
Candidate must be based out of Leeds.
Engineers work on shift systems for the manned, unmanned, mobile and static sites, 90% of the contract is self-delivered
This contract is an award winning contract for the business, however this particular region is proving a challenge and requires a strength of character to be strong with the team, soft with the client and needs a very process driven manager who can be pro-active and present solutions to the client.
HNC level qualified, ideally electrical as clients are electrical biased, however M&E qualified is also ok
£38k - £40k ceiling basic salary
10% bonus structure available dependant on KPI performance
