General Practice Surveyor / Property Surveyor Up to £30k dependant on experience, plus a car & Benefits
Our client is a profitable and well-run family business with five decades of experience in acquiring, developing and letting commercial and industrial properties, primarily along the M62 corridor.
Following a re-organisation within the business they are looking to develop and re-align their portfolio, continue their expansion in the North and push for 100% occupancy on all their properties. They are looking to make an addition to the property team to assist in their plans.

Reporting in to the Property Director, you will be involved in every aspect of their estates management from Tenant management, Refurbishment projects through to lettings.
With 1-2 years proven post chartered experience, you will be required to have a general understanding and experience of the following areas.
- The management of commercial and industrial property including the collection of rents, lettings, service charges and tenant management.
- The negotiation of rents and leases.
- The management of portfolios of property to maximise profit
- The acquisition of sites and development through to completed refurbishment or construction. This would suit someone looking opportunity to develop within a company with a nurturing and friendly atmosphere.
