A multi-disciplinary consultancy in Liverpool with an excellent reputation are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established team.
Due to a sustained increase in exciting projects, our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Employer’s Agent who has the drive and enthusiasm required to be part of a successful team carrying out professional and project work.
The project work which you will be involved in will be across varied sectors including commercial, sports, leisure, residential and retail so a broad range of project experience is required. The projects can involve new build and refurbishment work with values ranging from £30K - £30 million.
The role will incorporate a very wide range of client-focused work in a multi-disciplinary environment. Due to the client focused work candidates are required to demonstrate a proven track record in working for a consultancy or on the client side as excellent client skills are required.
Candidates must be dynamic and enthusiastic with broad experience in professional and project work and you must be able to act as an Employers Agent as well as perform professional Quantity Surveying skills to a high level. You must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ideally you will be MRICS qualified as this is preferred, but applications will also be considered from Senior Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate strong technical skills and a high level of client side experience.
