To support the growth of Apollo we are looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to work in our office in Carlisle.
The role of the Resident Liaison Officer is a vital one.For many residents you will be the first person they meet from Apollo.Through your words, action and commitment to giving good service, an impression of the company will be formed in the minds of our customers that will directly reflect on our good name.
You will facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Apollo team.
It is Apollo’s belief that your role is one of the most critical within the site team, as achieving excellent customer relationships is a main route to repeat business.
The role will report directly to the appointed Senior Resident Liaison Officer or alternatively, the Resident Liaison Manager where necessary.
For many residents your team of Liaison Officers will be the first person they meet from Apollo, therefore through your words, actions and encouragement as a manager, your team will deliver a good service, and an impression of the company will be formed in the minds of our customers that will directly reflect on our good name.
In order to be considered for this role you will be;

·People person (this role requires a lot of interaction with people from all walks of life and at all levels)
