To support the growth of Apollo we are looking to a Site Manager to work on a high profile social housing programme in Carlisle, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, to a high standard of quality and with high levels of client/resident satisfaction.

In order to be considered for this role you must have demonstrable experience in;

·Previous Site management experience

·Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation

·Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

·Understanding of local government construction / refurb projects

·Experience of Partnership arrangements

You will;

·Fully Operate Microsoft Project

·Have excellent organisational skills

·Be financially and commercially aware

·Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines

·Have a professional attitude and approach to work

·Be able to competently operate MS office (Word & Excel)

·Assist the Contracts Manager with pre-start details

·Report to the Project / Contracts Manager on the progress against the programme Maintenance of company required Health & Safety procedures / initiatives

·Coordinate / Lead the site team, inclusive of: Assistant Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, Administrators, Sub-Contractors, Other site operatives

·Assist with the preparation of the Health and Safety file

·Maintain and update Construction Phase Health & Safety plan as works proceed

·Liaise with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc

·Be responsible for the opening and closing of the site facilitie

·Mentor and train Assistant Site Manager and junior members of staff

·Ensure, along with the Resident Liaison Officer, all relevant resident and public complaints are resolved efficiently

·Any other reasonable management request
