Position: Fit Out Project Manager - high end residential & hospitality projects
Company: Leading UAE masterplan developer with a MENA wide portfolio of high-rise and mixed use developments.
Job Details: Fit Out Project Manager with a minimum 8 years delivery experience, of which 5 years MUST be with a interior design/fit out contractor. The client is seeking a hands-on allrounder who is able to monitor the fit out delivery packages of their exclusive projects, as well as carry-out the full QA/QC, construction and contractual requirements of the projects. THe client has an inhouse design department, however a sound knowledge of interior design of high-end residential and hospitality developments would certainly be an advantage. An Arabic speaker from a leading contractor is the ideal preference, with the ability to make the cross-over to client-side.
Location: Based out of their Dubai office, the position could also involve travel to their Abu Dhabi and overseas based projects also.
