CONTRACTS MANAGER – MARIS INTERIORS LLP

Maris Interiors the UK’s leading specialist in office optimization, are looking for an outstanding Contract Manager to strengthen their team.

Taking responsibility to ensure all building contracts are completed to specification and on time. Leading the building team in client communications including variations in the original client brief. This includes the pro-active management of sub contractors and normally working to very tight timescales.

The successful candidate must be experienced within the office refurb, design and build environment and used to having considerable responsibility. You must also be very comfortable and experienced at conducting sub contractor and client meetings. It is also critical that the successful candidate is used to negotiating additional costs or work with clients and subcontractors.
