Project Quantity Surveyor - Logistics - London

Project Quantity Surveyor is required for a established professional sub contractor on logistics projects in central London.

As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing costs relating to building and logistics contracts on prestigious projects in London. This can be from the initial enquiry to the final account.

You should seek to enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

You will need to be familiar with the processes of estimating and tendering, preparation and submissions of applications and subcontractor cost value reconciliation (CVR) as well as being capable of running projects up to the value of £3m as no1 and as number two on larger projects.

Candidates will need to have experience of working on similar projects from procurement through to final account for this role.

Candidates must also be client facing as well as being highly ambitious and driven to succeed in a pressure environment.
