QA/QC Manager

Position:QA/QC Manager(Project Core Team)

Responsible to:Operations Project Manager (Project Core Team)

Responsible for: Development, Implementation and monitoring of QA/QC Management Plan for the development

Direct Reports:Testing Agencies and Laboratories, (4) QC / QC Zone Heads

Duties:

·Develop and Implement the QA/QC requirements for design and construction and incorporation of the same in the related tender documents.

·Development, Implement and Manage of project specific QA/QC Plan.

·Regular follow up with Zone QA/QC Managers for implementation, consistency and reporting of the QA/QC Plan.

·Be kept informed of the status of nonconformance on a project-wide basis and initiate corrective action when needed in the case out overdue items.Develop, Implement and manage the nonconformance tracking reports, and ensure that corrective action plans are completed.

·Ensure full implementation of QA/QC requirements at all levels of the project.

·Monitor preparation and close-out of non-conformance reports associated with quality control issues.

·Ensure continuous improvement of QA/QC procedures.

·Set up and Manage testing and inspection protocols.Including tracking and reporting formats.Provide distribution and notification requirements at all levels.

·Manage Testing and Laboratory service providers to ensure consistency.
