Senior Estimator – Central London – Main Contractor £70k + Package
My Client is a leading UK Construction, infrastructure and design company with a national network of offices. They employ almost 5000 staff and currently work on projects from £5-£25m. They operate across many sectors including Education, Health, Defence and Commercial.
They have just formed a new team in London and are looking to bring in a Senior Estimator.
The Role
The company has always had an office in London, but are now looking to really drive the business inside the M25. They have recently recruited a Pre-Construction Manager and a Planner and are now looking for a Senior Estimator to join the small team.
The role will be working on a variety of sectors, but not housing. These include Healthcare, Education, Commercial etc.
They are looking for someone to come in, and look to develop the estimating team around them. Initial package will be £70k but this will increase with responsibility taken on, and as the office grows.
Requirements
- 5 years experience on Medium to Large projects.
- Preferably 5 years in the London markets
- Easy commuting distance to London Liverpool St.
- Commercial Background, not housing.
- Experience in Health, Education and Defence projects desirable.
- Drive and determination to progress to Managing Estimator role.
