Specialist III, Material Management
Job Description - Ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective identification, sourcing, buying, delivering, warehousing, installation, and commissioning of material and equipment required to support the various projects in the AME (Africa/Middle East) region for AMECO.
Develop negotiation strategies, as appropriate.
Develop material requirements including specifications and scopes (working with Sales/Operations/Suppliers).
Prepare and issue expediting status reports.
Assists other material management specialists and technicians, as required.
Performs administrative duties, as required.
Job Requirements
Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience for individual with a college degree obtained at least 5 years previously; 6-8 years of related experience (without college degree) Other Job Requirements - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good computer literacy and skills
Equipment/Parts Knowledge.
