Primary Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Architectural Technical Director you will be working on variety of commercial and education projects.Responsibilities include: -
- Leading the design for medium/large projects
- Leading multi-disciplinary design teams
- Liaising with clients, engineers and other design team members
- Maintaining technical quality
- Ensuring project financial performance
- Develop and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Support business development initiatives
Training and ExperienceEssential:
- Extensive experience in the design of buildings
- Experience in leading the architectural design of medium/large projects
- Proven ability to work as part of a team, liaising directly with clients, engineers and other design team members
- Architectural Degree
- RIBA Part III
- ARB Member
Desirable:
- Managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Responsibility for fee management
- Experience in managing a variety of types of construction contracts.
- RIBA Member
- Strong presentational skills
- Architectural Awards - RIBA, Building Design, Architects Journal etc
