Primary Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Architect you will be working on variety of commercial and education projects.Responsibilities include: -
- Leading the design for medium sized projects
- Working in a multi-disciplinary design team
- Liaising with clients, engineers and other design team members
- Maintaining technical quality
Training and Experience
Essential:
- Strong experience in the design of buildings in the UK
- Experience in developing the architectural design of a variety of building types and sizes
- Proven ability to work as part of a team, liaising directly with clients, engineers and other design team members
- Architectural Degree
- RIBA Part III
- ARB Member
Desirable:
- Experience in managing a variety of types of construction contracts.
- RIBA Member
- Strong presentational skills
