The company operate out of a global network of 60 offices, specialising in every area of International Project and Cost Management.
Currently seeking an Executive Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up a team of Quantity Surveyors on prestigious projects in the vibrant City of New York.
The role of the Executive Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor?
The Successful Executive Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting directly to the Director, Managing all commercial aspects of the projects.
The role of the Executive Surveyor will involve input on a variety of projects including corporate office fit outs, refurbishment of high rise office towers, museums, hotels and commercial apartment buildings.

Does this sound like you?
* Ideally be MRICS Chartered
* Strong Managerial experience
* Have more than 5 years experience within a top Construction Consultancy.
* Good IT Skills - essential
* Excellent communications skills - Client facing individual
* Have the ability & skills to work to deadlines as part of a team & as an individual.
