Our client is a main contractor that was founded in 1852 and is now one of the UK's largest privately owned construction companies. It currently employs around 700 people and carries out projects across England and Wales.

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Surveyor to be site based in Essex.

What you need:

  • Ideally you should have 9-10 years experience
  • Be commercially aware
  • Have good judgement
  • Be able to demonstrate finanical understanding

Through the quality of their people and the support of their customers our client is able to deliver successful projects in sectors that include health, education, custodial, leisure, commercial offices, hotels and retail. While general construction remains the core business, the company has investment aspirations in the public private partnership arena.
