Description:  Senior Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy/Retail & Leisure - Birmingham

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by our client to work on a range of retail or leisure projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will command a salary in the region of:
Up to £45,000 per annum
Car or Car Allowance
Pension Scheme

The Job:
The role involves working on a mix of new build and refurbishment schemes within retail and hotel developments. The team currently operates on schemes up to £3m in value.

You will initially join a team of just over 10 but my client has ambitious plans to develop this further in 2006.

Duties will include:
- Attending client briefings.
- Preparing cost plans and approval documentation.
- Working through pre and post contract stages.
- Managing a brand roll-out program.

The successful candidate will be based from the Birmingham office.
