Our client is looking to attract the best Shopfit / Retail Fit-out Contracts Managers and Project Managers in the industry, and in order to do this they are prepared to produce the best financial and training packages.

We are extremely interested in speaking with proven Contracts Managers who have experience of large scale high street retail fit-out projects, including Marks & Spencer, Primark, ASDA, TESCO, and Sainsbury’s.

Current projects include:

Sainsbury – Blackburn –New Build & Full Fit-Out - £10M

ASDA – Preston – New Build & Full Fit-Out - £8M

Primark - Lytham St Annes - Full Fit-Out - £4M

Tesco – Kirkham - Full Fit-Out - £12M

Other locations include: Ashton U Lyne: Oldham : Sale : Trafford Park, and a number of sites in West Yorkshire.

Typical Packages include :

Basic Salaries: 

 Contracts Manager - circa £55K - £60K

 Car / Allowance 15% of basic

Ideal Candidates: Contract / Account 

You will have a track record in Retail Fit-Out and ideally come from a strong joinery background. Projects under your control will range from £2M - £10M so it is essential that you comfortable with sites of this size. Above all we are looking to speak with people with a sound work ethic and a stable employment history.
