Pre-construction Manager - Mixed Use Developments
Your a seasoned Construction professional whose experienced in the delivery of £multi-million contracts. More importantly you've been involved at the earliest stages of projects influencing the end product before a sod has been turned.
This means imparting your knowledge of materials and modus operandi to ensure the most viable building for all - ie the developer, owner, constructor and end user.
You're not a designer - but you know what will work, you're not a QS but you know what's commercial, you're not a planner but you know what resources mean, you're not a technologist but you know enough about systems and materials.
