My Client is a world leader in the Project Management, design, Installation, of complex railway infrastructure projects. Currently they have vacancies for Senior Quantity Surveyors, to be project based at various sites in the London area. The successful candidates will be educated to a Degree or HND / HNC level (or equivalent qualification) and have considerable previous experience of working in a contracting commercial department to allow for the development of expertise in the key areas. You will be required to show the experience and the ability to manage and present documentation to support quarterly cost: Development, preparation and commercial management of sub-contract orders from initial enquiry to agreement of final accounts. Experience on multi-disciplinary rail projects would be advantageous along with experience in using COINS. You will have a working knowledge of construction industry conditions and railway technology and hold a PTS or LUL certificate. An excellent salary and package will be offered to the successful candidate
