Description:	Senior Quantity Surveyor – M & E – London City My client is an established sub-contractor looking for an experienced quantity surveyor to work on a large mechanical and electrical project in central London. The successful quantity surveyor will mainly be based on site. Location: London City / Central London Remuneration for the Quantity Surveyor: Up to £60,000 per annum Car / car allowance Pension Scheme Health Care The Role: As the senior quantity surveyor you will be working on the mechanical and electrical aspects of a large mixed use project consisting of rail and commercial construction work. The M & E component is valued at approximately £60 - £80million. The Client: My client is one of the largest UK Building Service contractors, having extensive experience within multi services and power system in the mechanical and electrical construction industry. The company's expertise covers mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, building services and related design, engineering, construction and commissioning. Requirements: >Ideally 5+ Years Quantity surveying experience or a proven track record of relevant experience >A strong background in Mechanical and Electrical work >Main Contractor / Sub – contractor background is preferable >A BSc or equivalent qualification is preferable Synopsis: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to take on a large projects and work with one of the UK’s leading M & E contractors.
