My client is responsible for many major rail engineering projects throughout the world. With the experience of being able to provide expertise to deliver - from inception through to project close, they have successfully been awarded a major project as part of the London Thamesway link and are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer. The successful candidate will be required to have thorough understanding of P3 (P3e preferred) gained in a project environment. You must be able to demonstrate the strong communication and influencing skills necessary to incorporate all the demands of a complex project into an achievable plan. A background in a construction related discipline together with an understanding of cost loaded WBS planning in order to produce Earned Value reports would be ideal - you'll relate much more easily to our project people. If not, we'll help you develop these skills through our development programme. An n excellent salary together with company benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
