*At least 10 years of experience within Building Services Consultancy environment, good technical background
*A Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline (HND min)
*Chartered (or close to) from CIBSE, IET or equivalent
*Able to manage larger projects overview and checking on complete project details
*Attention to details and ability to work to a time scale
