Our client is a unique nationwide Building Services Consultancy that offers a versatile and comprehensive portfolio of services to both Clients and Contractors alike. The practice has developed and grown from strength to strength in line with their clients' needs and prides itself on its ability to offer a tailored service in a cost effective fashion. They are currently looking for an experienced Site Surveyor.

Role:

The individual must be able to comprehensively measure and value complex engineering services installations. Provide workload data to enable team leader to monitor resource.

Requirements:

*HND/Degree or demonstrable technical background.
*A willingness to work completely on your own or as part of a team
*A professional manner and outlook.
*Thorough knowledge of survey methods and sound knowledge of Building Services Surveys and report writing for the full range of typical core Building Surveying services
*A proven track record of working with teams of diverse expertise, and an understanding of new technologies and use of tools such as MS Project, MS Excel and AutoCAD
*Experience of managing clients and their expectations

Salary Range: £30,000-40,000 + Benefits
