Our client is a unique nationwide Building Services Consultancy that offers a versatile and comprehensive portfolio of services to both Clients and Contractors alike. The practice has developed and grown from strength to strength in line with their clients' needs and prides itself on its ability to offer a tailored service in a cost effective fashion. They are currently looking for Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Berkshire Office.
Role:
The individual must be able to comprehensively measure and value complex engineering services installations along with management of sub-contractors accounts and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
*HND/Degree or demonstrable technical background.
Skills:
*Computer literate.
*Good written and oral communication.
*Client facing.
Salary Range: £40,000-55,000 inclusive of car allowance.
