Associate Mechanical Engineer- Building Services

Our client is a specialist engineering company providing a full range of services to the property and construction industry. They are currently looking for a Mechanical Associate engineer to the Healthcare team to strengthen the structure and be part of growth development.
Requirements:
*Degree qualification in relevant engineering discipline.
*Proven track record in design of Mechanical Building Services for commercial, residential, retail and leisure projects, from inception to completion.
*Experienced in undertaking feasibility studies and developing concepts through to detailed design, specification and tender to the required standards, such as HTM and HBN.
*Membership of appropriate engineering institution
*Ability to undertake principle design calculations associated with HVAC systems.
*Design professional, conversant with relevant building regulations and CIBSE codes and guides
*Software skills including: IES, Hevacomp, Specification Expert, Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
£40,000 - £55,000 + benefits
