Role:

Our Client is one of the major building companies in the UK. They operate in most public and private sectors, offering five core business streams - Design, Construction, Property Development, Facilities Management and PFI Projects. They are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to be based in their Manchester Office.

Excellent prospects of career progression for the right candidate whose daily duties will include:

*Undertaking requirements analysis, detailed design, specification, prototype implementation and testing
*Responsible for the design integrity of electrical design solutions including safety
*Responsible for specifying, implementing and documenting electrical design solutions into bid activities.
*To be involved in varied projects including retail, education, commercial so wide experience will be an advantage

Requirements:

*Relevant experience within Building Services Consultancy environment, good technical background
*A Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline (HNC min)
*Chartered (or close to) from CIBSE, IET or equivalent
*Able to manage larger projects overview and checking on complete project details
*Attention to details and ability to work to a time scale


£35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
