Intermediate to Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services

Our client provides building services excellence for the Education, Residential, Hotels, Health, Retail, Commercial, Urban Regeneration and Industrial Sectors.
Their team of highly qualified engineers, designers and project managers deliver the highest standards of service.

Currently they are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the practice in Belfast and become an integral part of the Building Services Division. Role will involve a range of refurbishment and new builds and will provide the individual the opportunity of developing designs and managing projects through to completion. You will play a key part in the future growth and success of this division and provide input into the future direction of the company.

Requirements:

*Ability to apply theoretical principles to the practical design of building systems
*Detailed knowledge of engineering design approach and fundamentals of mechanical engineering
*Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering
*Chartered or working to become a member of the CIBSE, IEE or IMechE
*Software skills including: IES, Hevacomp, Microsoft Office would be an advantage.

£30,000 - £40,000 + benefits (depending on experience)
